About the Team Product Partnerships sits within the Enterprise Sales organization and is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, management and growth of DoorDash’s partnerships with all the merchant, restaurant technology, and advertiser technology providers. Given the scale and complexity of our key partners, this team is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. About the Role As the Head of Advertising Technology Partnerships, you will define and lead the partnership strategy that powers DoorDash’s advertising business. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact partnerships with data and measurement providers, demand side platforms, and other strategic players that expand DoorDash’s advertising inventory, improve attribution and analytics, and drive measurable value for our merchants. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across product, sales, analytics, legal, and engineering to bring these partnerships to life and ensure they are aligned to DoorDash’s long-term advertising roadmap. We’re excited about you because… You have 8+ years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising partnerships, or platform strategy, including deal negotiation and partner management You bring deep knowledge of advertising ecosystems—including data & measurement providers, DSPs, and beyond — and understand how to evaluate and integrate partner solutions You have a proven track record of building partnerships that drive business growth and product innovation You excel at influencing and collaborating across senior stakeholders in product, engineering, sales, and legal You have strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to connect partner value to DoorDash’s business priorities You hold a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information. DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
