As a

Sales and Marketing Assistant at EDS , you play a key role in helping our Business Development team stay focused on what they do best: building client relationships and driving revenue. By taking ownership of critical administrative and marketing tasks, you keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, helping the team move faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and write job estimates to support the sales team

Manage and organize client MSA (Master Service Agreement) files

Assist with client-facing communications and email follow-ups

Coordinate logistics and scheduling for job setups

Support marketing initiatives and campaigns

Manage and maintain accurate data in our CRM

Help manage and grow our LinkedIn presence

Confirm and update customer information on our project management platform

Coordinate with internal team on outstanding client and file needs

Manage and respond to emails from multiple accounts, including Directors

These are the main responsibilities, but other tasks may be assigned to support the team and projects.

You might be a great fit if you...

Have 2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative, or marketing assistant roles

Are a strong communicator and team player

Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Are tech-savvy and familiar with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to support a growing team

Have a basic understanding of construction, restoration, or related industries (preferred but not required)

Position Details:

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay Details:

$26.50 to $29 per hour

Location:

Charlotte, NC

Compensation:

TBD (based on experience)

Job Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)

Must have reliable transportation to the office
