Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer to help manage, organize, and photograph dealership vehicle inventory for online listings. Using a company-issued iPhone and proprietary mobile app, you'll ensure vehicles on the lot are properly documented, staged, and visually represented for accurate and engaging online listings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and keeping things organized, while producing professional photos and videos that help dealerships showcase their inventory to online shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops)
• Locate, stage, and verify dealership vehicles for photography and video capture
• Capture high-quality photos, 360 spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app
• Apply window stickers and verify vehicle information for accuracy
• Confirm VINs and ensure inventory details match dealership records
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle readiness and availability
• Track completed vehicles and upload content using the company app

What We're Looking For

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively
• Take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
• Are comfortable with smartphones, apps, and basic technology
• Have experience driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable learning and using mobile apps and technology
• Ability to move and stage vehicles on dealership lots
• Manual transmission experience is a plus but not required
