Job Details Industry: Banking/ Financial Job Title: UI/ UX Designer Location: Hybrid – Lone Tree, CO; Austin, TX Duration: 6+ Months Job Description This role leverages user experience research insights and recommendations to accelerate discussions and decisions early in the product development process. The position focuses on applying internal and external standards and best practices to create tangible visualizations that serve as blueprints for front-end developers, ensuring digital solutions are consistent with brand standards. Work at this level covers low to moderate complexity, supporting a limited number of personas and resulting in low to moderately complex solutions or components of larger solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Creates and designs elements or components resulting in high-quality user experience designs. Incorporates branding and common design guidelines into products. Creates wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and specifications. Maintains style guides for varying methods of delivery. Follows appropriate design methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered design. Applies user research insights to inform and accelerate product development decisions. Ensures digital solutions align with brand standards and user needs. Must Have Experience in user experience research and design. Proficiency in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. Knowledge of branding and design guidelines. Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and tools. Ability to maintain and update style guides. Understanding of digital solutions and their alignment with brand standards. Nice to Have Experience working with low to moderately complex solutions and components. Familiarity with a limited number of user personas. Knowledge of best practices in user research and product development. Experience collaborating with front-end developers.
