We are seeking a skilled Graphic/Visual Designer to support omnichannel employee marketing campaigns. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, agency-like creative environment. The ideal candidate is highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, thrives under tight deadlines, and has a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility and strategic design thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual content across print, digital, and internal communication channels.
• Partner with internal teams to design omnichannel employee campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Translate abstract ideas into compelling design solutions.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or marketing design.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work (portfolio review required for interview).
• Experience in an advertising agency-like environment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
