Location: Remote The Planet Group's Education client has a HOT need for an  Instructional Designer to join their HR team. Instructional Designer's Role Overview: The Instructional Designer will join the AI Academy team as a strategic partner, helping to shape the design, delivery, and evolution of our learning platform. Transform expert-developed content into interactive e-learning experiences that resonate with practicing clinicians and healthcare professionals. Design engaging modules, courses, and assessments using modern instructional design techniques that go beyond static slides and lectures. Leverage Docebo (our LMS) to deliver content in user-friendly, accessible, and scalable formats. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to iterate on content, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with clinical practice. Explore and integrate AI-enhanced training methods that align with AI Academy’s vision of responsible innovation. Instructional Designer's Key Responsibilities: Partner with HEA3RT faculty and staff to design, develop, and refine interactive learning content. Build modules that incorporate video, case studies, simulations, branching scenarios, and other active learning techniques. Structure and upload learning content into Docebo, ensuring seamless learner experience. Ensure materials are accessible, visually appealing, and consistent with educational standards. Provide thought partnership on content strategy, including learner engagement and continuous improvement. Instructional Designer's Required Qualifications: ~3–5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in healthcare or academic medicine ~ Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, interactive e-learning content ~ Proficiency with modern instructional design tools and methodologies ~ Experience with Docebo (or similar LMS platforms) ~ ability to work effectively with clinicians and staff in a complex academic environment Instructional Designer's Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field preferred Background in healthcare or medical education
