Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Advanced Analytics to join their team! This position is located in Dallas, Texas.
Duties:
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and analytical processes
- Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Build and apply causal inference and propensity models to predict customer behavior and enhance campaign targeting
- Design and execute A/B tests, including test/control setup and results interpretation, to inform marketing strategies
- Generate campaign lists and perform post-campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness and ROI
- Leverage Databricks for big data processing and Snowflake for efficient, scalable data warehousing solutions
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data science, and engineering to align analytics efforts with business goals
- Apply machine learning techniques to improve automation, targeting, and campaign performance
- Present analytical findings and actionable insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and Python, with proven ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and develop scripts for data manipulation, automation, and analysis
- 1+ years of experience in campaign analytics, including analyzing campaign performance, building causal inference models, and developing propensity models to predict customer behavior
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation, including experimental design, test/control setup, and interpreting results to guide marketing strategy
- Advanced proficiency in campaign list generation, post-campaign analysis, automation, and applying machine learning techniques using SQL and Python
- Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and Snowflake for scalable data warehousing
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders
- Exposure to the full marketing campaign lifecycle and customer segmentation strategies
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, and engineering
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical insights clearly to non-technical audiences

The approximate pay range for this position is between $53.00 and $76.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
