The Quality Systems & Compliance Data Analytics Lead provides critical data analysis and insight to drive Quality metric compliance and continuous improvement in the Product Research and Development (PR&D) organization. The Lead develops and maintains tools (e.g., PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain quality oversight of quality metrics. The Data Analytics Lead works cross-functionally with area process owners, subject matter experts, and management to understand and contextualize data to drive continuous improvement. The lead also serves as master data for the PR&D Document Management System, providing quality oversight of system changes, access approval, standardization, bulk metadata processing, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities PR&D Quality Metrics: Develop and maintain tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain quality oversight of quality metrics; work with cross-functional area process owners, subject matter experts, and management to understand and contextualize quality metric performance and health data to drive continuous improvement; drive consistent quality metrics and reporting across PR&D through standardized tools and reporting, ensuring information flows to and from PR&D Quality Lead Team (QLT) to area QLTs. Audits/Inspections: Support audit readiness and participate (as applicable) in GQAAC audits and external inspections. PR&D QualityDocs Support Team: Organize support team meetings; support users during system enhancements; manage MyAccess entitlement requests; serve as point of contact for the Enterprise Information Platforms (EIP) team; monitor QualityDocs for compliance, data integrity, or documentation issues; drive consistency across PR&D, including creating and maintaining user guidance, consult on new content and functionality; collaborate with lead document controllers and/or content owners to drive consistency. Communication: Liaise with other Quality Organizations to ensure strong quality communications to and from PR&D. Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree; preferred in IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science) Minimum of 5 years working in Pharmaceutical Quality Additional Skills/Preferences Data Visualization Software: Expertise in Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reporting & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, and SmartSheet tools and architecture. Data Analytics & Predictive Analytics: Expertise in querying (Power Query, SQL), analyzing and contextualizing large data sets to identify cause and improvement solutions. Data System Architecture: Expertise in Quality Management System architecture and data flow; deep technical knowledge of Veeva and TrackWise. Demonstrated leadership, ability to work independently, strong judgement and initiative, influence skills, teamwork across organizations, and project management/prioritization. Learn more about all groups. Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $65,250 - $148,500. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus (depending on company and individual performance).
