Develop and maintain tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain Quality oversight of Quality metrics. Work with cross-functional area process owners, subject matter experts, and management to understand and contextualize quality metric performance and health data to drive continuous improvement. Drive consistent Quality metrics and reporting across PR&D through standardized tools and reporting. Ensure information flows to and from PR&D QLT (Quality Lead Team) to area QLTs. Support audit readiness and participate (as applicable) in GQAAC audit and external inspections. Organize support team meetings; support users during system enhancements; manage MyAccess entitlement requests; be the point of contact for the Enterprise Information Platforms (EIP) team; monitor QualityDocs for compliance, data integrity or documentation issues; drive consistency across PR&D, including creating and maintaining user guidance; consult on new content and functionality; work with lead document controllers and/or content owners to drive consistency. Liaise with other Quality Organization to ensure strong quality communications to and from PR&D. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred degree in IT-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science) Minimum of 5 years working in Pharmaceutical Quality Data Visualization Software – Demonstrated expertise in Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reporting & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, and SmartSheet tools Data Analytics & Predictive Analytics – Demonstrated expertise in querying (Power Query, SQL), analyzing large data sets to identify cause and improvement solutions. Data System Architecture – Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management System architecture and data flow (Veeva and TrackWise). Demonstrated strong leadership, ability to work independently, strong judgement and initiative, and strong influence and teamwork skills. Benefits & Additional Information
Full-time position with compensation ranging from $65,250 to $148,500 depending on education, experience, skills, and location; eligibility for a company bonus.
