You will act as a high level of research expert for the team and represent UX research to peers, managers and executives across company and to external audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions. Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies. Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights. Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products. Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys. Ability to lead small to medium projects independently. Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance. Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area. Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
