We are seeking a friendly, solution-oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will assist customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide a seamless support experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of current products, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in customer service or support
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Comfortable working with CRM and support software
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed
