In your role as the Customer-Operational Support Specialist I, at Pacific Alaska Wholesale (PAW), the wholesale arm of the North West Company International (NWCI), your primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service for PAW/SPAN Alaska Sales. If you excel at relationship building and enhancing customer experience, this opportunity is for you!

our Role:
Support and resolve customer issues, including shipment tracking, credits, and product availability
Resolve questions and discrepancies relating to order processing efficiently
Compile, sort, and verify data to be entered, review error reports, and enter corrections into the computer system
File source documents after entry and keep records of work completed
Accountable for all aspects of receiving, production of shipping documents, and invoicing
Support the PAW/SPAN team as required
Desired Skills & Experience:
Three years of experience in a service-driven environment
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR equivalent combination of education and experience
College or additional training but not required
Background in accounting and experience with receiving reconciliation/invoicing
Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning other computer programs/systems
Proficient in 10-key
