Job Overview Lead marketing efforts across 3‑5 branches to increase brand awareness, strengthen community ties, and drive revenue through traditional and digital strategies. Collaborate closely with General Managers and Regional Leadership to align marketing initiatives with service priorities and local market dynamics.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each branch, utilizing traditional and digital channels.
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, managing agency partnerships and internal resources.
Apply expertise in digital marketing (LSA, paid search, SEO, GBPs, aggregators) to enhance online presence and reach target audiences.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum MER and ROAS.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
Maintain consistent branding across all channels to uphold a positive brand image.
Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to refine strategies.
Collaborate with field personnel to tailor initiatives to branch needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a full‑funnel focus (brand awareness, digital lead gen, community engagement).
Working knowledge of digital channels (LSA, PPC, SEO, GBP, website management); multi‑location marketing preferred.
Experience managing and optimizing full‑funnel marketing budgets; develop annual plans with monthly/weekly adjustments based on performance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and marketing data to achieve MER and campaign ROAS targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across field staff, internal marketing teams, and external partners.
