We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager — and everything in between. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about all things digital. You’ll work alongside our creative and strategy teams to execute, monitor, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital marketing channels.
Maintain regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and recommend optimizations.
Assist in the setup, testing, and launch of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital strategy across platforms and ensure alignment with client business goals.
Conduct data‑driven testing for ads, email content, and landing pages to improve KPIs.
Stay up to date on platform updates and industry trends to inform recommendations and strategy adjustments.
Soft Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital marketing data.
Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with social media and email marketing tools.
Proficient in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to support and execute digital marketing strategies.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on performance metrics and reporting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Nice to have: Google Certifications, Meta Certifications, or similar.
Hard Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a data‑related field preferred but not required if past job experience fits the role.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles (up to 5 years considered; compensation adjusted accordingly).
Salary $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
