Summary
We’re looking for a curious, technically minded problem-solver who loves making systems talk to each other. As a Marketing Automation & Systems Analyst, you’ll help connect the dots between our marketing, sales, and customer service teams — building automations, cleaning up data, and finding ways to make our tools work smarter. You’ll work directly with leadership to improve processes, automate tasks, and uncover insights that drive growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong analytical or technical skills (think: Excel, CRMs, basic coding, or process mapping) who wants to grow into a marketing operations or automation leader. What You’ll Do
Build, test, and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot and related tools Connect systems (HubSpot, Stripe, Google Sheets, etc.) using integrations or tools like Zapier Analyze campaign and sales performance data, helping teams understand what’s working Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot to support reporting and automation Document processes and create internal playbooks for common automations Support new project rollouts, ensuring smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Service Who You Are
You have
a strong analytical mindset
and enjoy solving technical puzzles You’re
comfortable learning new tools
(HubSpot, Zapier, etc.) You might have a background in
marketing, business analytics, information systems, or computer science
— but your title matters less than your curiosity and initiative You understand how data flows through systems and can think critically about process improvement You’re detail-oriented and like making things work better and faster Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
HubSpot experience (workflows, reports, CRM data) Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript Familiarity with APIs or connecting SaaS tools Growth Path
This position has a clear path toward
Marketing Operations Manager
or
Automation Manager
as you gain experience and ownership over larger systems and strategy. Salary Range
