Position Summary The Admission & Marketing Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners. This role bridges clinical understanding with strategic outreach, ensuring smooth admissions and promoting the facility’s services to the broader community. The liaison plays a vital role in enhancing occupancy, maintaining compliance, and upholding the facility’s reputation for compassionate, high-quality care.

Admissions Coordination

Guide families and residents through the admission process with empathy and professionalism

Conduct tours, assessments, and intake interviews

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure readiness for new admissions

Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems and ensure compliance with state regulations

Marketing & Outreach

Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting case managers, hospitals, senior centers, and referral networks

Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities

Create and distribute marketing materials tailored to diverse audiences

Monitor and report on occupancy trends, referral sources, and campaign effectiveness

Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as a liaison between families, residents, and staff during the transition into care

Respond promptly to inquiries and provide clear, compassionate information about services and pricing

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or case management (assisted living or long-term care preferred)

Strong understanding of Minnesota-specific assisted living regulations and ADA compliance

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with social work is a plus
