Responsibilities
Prepare customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed.
Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present.
Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction.
Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of entry writing experience within a 3PL/Freight Forwarding environment.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors.
Self‑starter with strong organization & presentation skills.
