Senior Marketing Manager - New Markets
Allstar Services – a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners‑backed leader in roofing and exterior remodeling – is expanding rapidly across the U.S., launching new markets at a record pace. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Growth Markets to own the go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and performance optimization for new locations nationwide.
Remote – Must be based in a U.S. state where Allstar Services operates. Travel required for new market launches.
What You’ll Do
Launch & Scale New Markets: Own all marketing initiatives for market launches – from strategy through execution across paid search, social, SEO, LSA, direct mail, and aggregator platforms.
Drive Demand Generation: Build and optimize high‑performing campaigns that generate leads, appointments, and revenue for new branches.
Aggregator Optimization: Manage and improve performance on platforms like Angi, Modernize, HomeAdvisor, and Google LSA, driving cost‑efficient, high‑quality leads.
Performance Tracking & ROI: Set and manage budgets, forecast spend, and deliver data‑backed reporting on channel performance, cost per lead, and ROI.
Develop Scalable Systems: Create repeatable launch playbooks and marketing frameworks that can be replicated across new markets.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Ops, and Finance to align on launch timelines, lead targets, and conversion metrics.
Innovation & Automation: Use marketing automation, AI tools, and analytics to test, iterate, and continuously improve performance.
What You Bring
5+ years in growth, demand generation, or multi‑location marketing, ideally in CPG innovation, home services, franchise, retail, or consumer services.
Experience leveraging AI, marketing automation, and new technologies to optimize processes and outcomes.
Proven success driving measurable growth through PPC, SEO/SEM, paid social, and aggregator campaigns.
Hands‑on experience managing lead‑generation funnels and optimizing campaigns for conversion.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy in real time.
Experience building or refining marketing systems, dashboards, or processes that improve scalability.
A builder mentality – you roll up your sleeves, test new ideas, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
