Position Overview
You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to support investor outreach and capital‑raise activities. Focus on professional‑grade investor‑facing marketing, outreach logistics, and capital‑markets communication support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize CRM data and investor outreach pipelines
Build and manage segmented contact lists for investor engagement
Prepare and refine investor pitch decks, summaries, and follow‑up materials
Assist with outreach to potential investors, partners, and advisors
Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence and marketing collateral
Track engagement KPIs and follow‑up timelines
Support light social and digital marketing tied to investor visibility
Ensure all communications are brand‑consistent, polished, and confidential
Required Skills & Experience
Strong business writing, editing, and professional communication skills
Experience managing CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
Ability to work with senior executives and handle sensitive information discreetly
Commitment to quality, precision, and timely execution
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Capital‑raise support, investor relations, financial marketing, or private company fundraising experience
Background in finance, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or the RIA/wealth‑management industry
Experience preparing investor communications, decks, or executive‑level materials
Prior work in a marketing manager or marketing executive capacity (beyond basic coordinator tasks)
Familiarity with structured outbound or investor‑outreach workflows
Work Location
On‑site in Providence, RI (preferred)
Remote from the greater Boston area
Remote from other U.S. locations
This position involves periodic in‑person collaboration with executive leadership.
Compensation & Schedule
10–25 hours/week, flexible scheduling
Up to $50/hour, based on experience
