Event Marketing Manager – Software Products
We’re seeking an experienced and creative Event Marketing Manager in the software industry to drive software product marketing events — including webinars, community meetups, partner programs, trade shows, and product launches — that elevate EMQ’s brand and engage our customers, partners, and community. What You’ll Do
Own EMQ’s webinar program, community meetups — from content planning and speaker coordination to promotion and performance tracking. Lead end-to-end event execution: strategy, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site management. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver engaging events that highlight EMQ’s innovation in IoT, IIoT, MQTT, AI, and Data technologies. Represent EMQ at industry trade shows and conferences across the U.S. and Canada. Drive partner and ecosystem events to strengthen partnership. Track event ROI, gather attendee insights, and continuously optimize future initiatives. What You Bring
U.S. citizenship is required. 2+ years of experience in event or field marketing within a software or technology company. Proven success managing webinars, community meetups, partner events, and trade shows. Understanding of IoT, IIoT, MQTT, AI, and Data technologies. Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills. Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing tools. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience). Seniority Level: Entry level
