Role Description
Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and sponsored events. Plan booth setup, signage, branded giveaways, collateral, and display coordination. Fully own shipping logistics for booth materials, swag, and product samples (outbound + return). Manage webinar setup, landing pages, email promotions, rehearsal, and day-of execution. Maintain the master event calendar, deadlines, status updates, and vendor coordination. Outbound Product Mailers & Campaign Support Coordinate product mailers and promotional kits to prospects, partners, and customers. Manage inventory, print materials, packaging, and shipping tracking. Partner with Sales and Product to select appropriate samples and messaging. Build and send email campaigns (pre-event invites, post-event nurturing, webinar reminders). Create landing pages, registration forms, and automated follow-up sequences. Track campaign performance and engagement metrics. Write email copy, landing page content, and short-form promotional content (social, event announcements). Support CRM updates and lead routing for Sales follow-up. Create or support production of digital marketing assets, including: social media graphics, event signage, mailer inserts and collateral, and digitally creative content. Collaboration with Sales & Product Work with Sales on event strategies, personas, talking points, and lead capture requirements. Prepare internal one-pagers and briefing documents before events. Ensure Sales receives leads quickly with appropriate context for follow-up. Post-Event Follow-Up & Measurement Upload leads into CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation. Schedule follow-up emails and nurture sequences after events/webinars. Report on event performance: leads, pipeline influence, attendance, conversions, and ROI. Qualifications
Required 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, webinars, and/or marketing operations (trade shows + digital campaigns strongly preferred). Digital acumen: experience using marketing automation software to send campaigns and build pages/forms. Strong writing skills for email copy, landing pages, and social promotions. Highly organized with excellent multitasking and project management ability. Willingness to travel up to 20% based on event calendar. Preferred Experience with CRM & MA platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua). Social media marketing experience for business or brand promotion. Base pay is $55,000 with a 20% bonus opportunity, resulting in an all-in annual compensation potential of $66,000 based on achieving defined marketing KPIs. Job Details
