Marketing Coordinator B2B Technology & Events Focus A growing IT services firm is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in event marketing to help execute impactful campaigns targeting C-level executives at fast-growing SMBs. This is an execution-focused role where you'll take ownership of logistics, event coordination, and campaign follow-through to support brand awareness and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute in-person and virtual events such as lunch & learn, speaking engagements, client appreciation events, and webinars
Manage full event logistics: venue booking, catering, promotional items, attendee registration, post-event follow-up, and ROI tracking
Maintain an event calendar aligned with sales and outreach campaigns
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
Assist with digital campaigns including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tied to events and lead generation
Utilize HubSpot to manage contact lists, run campaigns, and monitor engagement
Support LinkedIn lead generation initiatives focused on target verticals like professional services and finance
Coordinate the development of marketing content and sales collateral with internal and external contributors
Help optimize SEO, Google Business profile, and website content
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, with an emphasis on event management (virtual and in-person)
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines effectively
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in execution
This role requires working from the office with some hybrid flexibility (not fully remote)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in an MSP, B2B technology company, or marketing agency with SMB clients
Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and sales enablement
Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needs
