Position Overview The
Digital Marketing Specialist
reports to the
Sr. Director of Marketing
and is responsible for driving qualified B2B leads and enhancing brand visibility for Resilient Structures through strategic execution and optimization of all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content distribution, and more. The role supports the sales pipeline and overall revenue growth by converting technical expertise into measurable digital marketing results.
Location: Humble, TX. Employment type: Full‑time on‑site.
Responsibilities
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Optimization (SEO): develop, execute, and manage paid search campaigns, conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and implement on‑page and technical SEO strategies.
Content Marketing & Email Marketing: create technical B2B content (white papers, webinars, blog posts), design and segment targeted email campaigns using Salesforce/Pardot.
Website Management & Analytics: update website content in WordPress, track and analyze traffic with Google Analytics, and identify UX/CRO opportunities.
Social Media & Digital Advertising: maintain LinkedIn and YouTube presence, develop advertising campaigns, and align the digital plan with the overall marketing strategy.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: integrate marketing activities with Salesforce for lead tracking, collaborate with Sales on lead quality, and support sales enablement efforts.
Reporting & Budget Management: produce KPI reports, present actionable insights, and manage the digital marketing budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or engineering environments.
Experience with Google Ads (Search & Display), Google Analytics, WordPress, and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Canva).
CRM proficiency with Salesforce.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S. and Canada.
