Our client is a rapidly scaling fitness and wellness brand with sales across major retailers, Amazon, and their own website. They’re looking for a Head of Marketing with the creativity, instinct, and drive to take the brand to the next level and to the top of its category. This isn’t a traditional marketing role. This is a position for a creative strategist and cultural thinker who understands what captures attention in 2025. Someone who can combine data, instinct, and storytelling to create scroll-stopping campaigns that go viral and get the whole category talking.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the brand marketing strategy across retail, Amazon, and DTC.
Analyse retailer and consumer data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and inform product innovation.
Develop and launch viral social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, especially on Google Ads, TikTok and Instagram.
Build a forward-thinking content and influencer strategy that creates constant buzz and brand attention.
Partner with Product, E-commerce, and Sales to deliver coordinated launches that dominate conversation and sell-through.
Lead and inspire a creative, high-performing marketing team.

Deep understanding of social virality, creator partnerships, and affiliate ecosystems.
