Job Title: In-House Marketing Associate

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Position Overview Luxe Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a full‑time In‑House Marketing Associate to oversee and elevate our marketing department. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, analytical, and creative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Administrative Director and Owner, serving as the key point person for all digital and brand marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be both data‑driven and trend‑savvy—a modern‑day zeitgeist who understands what resonates with today’s audience while maintaining Luxe’s sophisticated and aspirational brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight

Manage all marketing operations and serve as the in‑house expert for digital strategy and performance.

Collaborate with leadership to set and manage the annual marketing budget.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with Luxe’s brand and business objectives.

Advertising & Campaign Management

Create and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.

Perform A/B testing for ad visuals, messaging, audience targeting, and placements to maximize effectiveness.

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data and KPIs.

SEO & Website Performance

Continuously improve SEO rankings through keyword strategy, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices.

Track and analyze organic performance and recommend improvements to boost visibility and traffic.

Analytics & Reporting

Regularly assess campaign analytics and platform insights (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads).

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges across all digital channels.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Utilize Go High Level (experience preferred) to manage workflows, lead tracking, and campaign automation.

Develop and refine marketing funnels, automations, and nurturing sequences to enhance conversion rates.

Work closely with the administrative team and creative partners to design engaging and on‑brand visual content.

Stay current with marketing, social media, and aesthetic industry trends to keep Luxe’s brand fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics industries.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

Proficiency in marketing automation or CRM platforms (Go High Level experience is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

A blend of creativity and data literacy—comfortable experimenting, testing, and adapting.
