About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and data-driven Paid Media Associate to join our New York marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, this role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple live entertainment tours. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, budgets are tracked accurately, and creative assets are optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Paid Media in executing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.

Build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns to drive ticket sales and event awareness.

Assist with ad trafficking, tracking setup, and creative uploads across platforms.

Analyze daily campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize delivery.

Prepare weekly pacing reports, performance summaries, and insights for internal and artist teams.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure ad visuals and copy align with campaign goals.

Manage campaign budgets, ensuring proper spend allocation across markets.

Stay informed on digital trends, platform updates, and entertainment marketing innovations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing or assisting with paid media campaigns (agency or in‑house).

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.

Solid grasp of campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for live entertainment, music, or comedy is a plus.
