About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in New York City. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about entertainment, design, and digital storytelling. You’ll be responsible for developing creative assets that support national tours, social campaigns, and promotional materials across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for comedy and music tours, including key art, posters, flyers, social content, digital ads, and OOH materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategies into creative concepts and visuals.
• Adapt and resize designs for multiple markets, venues, and advertising formats.
• Maintain consistency across artist branding, campaign materials, and Outback’s creative identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices within entertainment and pop culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (entertainment, music, or agency background preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and digital ad best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Portfolio required - please include examples of digital and print design work.
