Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations.
Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage.
Lead or support AV-related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with other collaboration tools.
Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide training to local support teams and end users.
Work closely with support leads in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
