Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage.
• Lead or support AV-related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with other collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide training to local support teams and end users.
• Work closely with support leads in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
