We’re looking for a seasoned

Account Executive

with solid agency and digital experience. The position’s ultimate responsibility is to work with our team and our clients to guide them through their engagements with our agency, both digital and traditional, ensuring alignment of B2B marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

Lead small and medium B2B digital marketing clients and collaborate on larger Fortune 500 accounts to drive strategic and tactical digital execution.

Digital Marketing:

Develop online B2B marketing plans, manage research and branding projects, and present marketing‑based solutions to help clients meet objectives.

Traditional Marketing:

Execute research, strategy, GTM plans, and tactics across industries and global channels.

Digital Reporting:

Lead monthly digital reporting for clients on behalf of the agency.

Budgets:

Manage digital paid media budgets of up to $5 MM annually.

Account & Project Management:

Manage projects and digital/traditional marketing campaigns to meet client and agency expectations.

Review & Delivery of Agency Output:

Review and authorize final digital and traditional deliverables to ensure they are on brand, on strategy, and on message.

Client and Staff Communication:

Stay connected with clients and account staff, addressing evolving needs for great B2B digital work.

Account & New Business Growth:

Support new client opportunities sourced by the business and account services team.

Experience and Skill Sets

3+ years of proven digital and/or traditional account and client management in an agency environment.

Degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, digital marketing, communications or a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to clients, internal staff, and executive teams.

Competence in independently initiating and executing online and offline marcom efforts.

Outgoing personality capable of building and growing client relationships.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment as a self‑starter.

Expertise in leading and fostering successful communication lines.

Experience with Workamajig project management software is a plus.

Ability to provide tracking and reporting metrics for clients.

Adaptability to quickly adjust in a changing environment.
