About the Podcast
I've been running a Bitcoin-focused podcast solo for the past 2 years, building a solid foundation with 500 subscribers across podcast platforms and nearly 1,400 followers on YouTube. I'm equipped with essential tools like Zoom for recording, Opus Clips for editing and clip creation, and Canva for visuals.
The show dives deep into Bitcoin topics, but I'm open to fresh ideas, new content formats, and innovative directions to keep things exciting. However, I've been stretched thin with other responsibilities and haven't yet monetized the audience— that's where you come in. This is an unpaid role, but it's a golden opportunity for someone eager to break into podcasting, with the potential to share in any sponsorship revenue we generate together.
Role Overview I'm seeking a dynamic, self-starting Co-Host and Producer who's passionate as hell about Bitcoin and ready to drive the podcast forward. You'll co-host episodes with me, bringing your unique perspective to spark great chemistry on air. At the same time, you'll handle the production side to free up my time, turning our strong base into something even bigger.
This is ideal for someone with energy, capacity, and a hunger to embark on the podcast journey—think of it as a launchpad for your own career in the space. Location doesn't matter; as long as you speak fluent English and share my Bitcoin enthusiasm, we're good.
Bonus if you think differently from me, have podcast experience, or love MMA and nature—these could add fun layers to our collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source compelling podcast guests aligned with Bitcoin themes (or your fresh ideas).
Arrange scheduling and logistics for recordings using tools like Zoom.
Edit episodes and create engaging clips with Opus Clips.
Design visuals and thumbnails using Canva.
Handle distribution across podcast platforms and YouTube to grow our audience.
Explore and implement monetization strategies, such as securing sponsorships (with revenue shared).
Co-host episodes, contributing to discussions and bringing new energy/content formats.
Drive the overall podcast strategy forward as a self-starter, while I remain involved but less hands‑on.
What I'm Looking For
Burning passion for Bitcoin— you live and breathe it, just like I do.
Self‑motivated with the energy and capacity to take initiative and move fast.
Strong English communication skills for co‑hosting and outreach.
Ability to build good chemistry on air; diverse thinking is a plus to keep conversations dynamic.
Basic familiarity with podcast tools (or quick to learn)—experience with editing, guest sourcing, or production is a huge bonus.
Interest in MMA or nature? Even better, as it could inspire unique episode angles.
