What You’ll Do The Social Media Specialist will support Munchkin’s Social Media team in executing the company’s strategic social media marketing programs, initiatives, and goals across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Responsibilities include.
Maintain and grow social media profiles across all platforms, copywriting, posting, reporting, and responding to consumers daily—including weekends.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and synchronize posts across all digital channels.
Schedule and publish posts on company platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create compelling, visually appealing content tailored to our target audience that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Submit creative briefs and schedule all social posts tied to product and company initiatives.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster community growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging social media content that drives customer engagement.
Track social media performance using analytics tools, prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Assist with planning, setting up, and executing company events; domestic travel may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in social media for a global brand community management.
Experience managing community and content creation for multiple social channels.
Strong visual design sense and ability to curate best‑in‑class social content.
Proficiency in current and emerging social platforms.
Excellent writing and editorial skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable posting to social on weekends.
