As Senior Manager of Marketing Intelligence, you will play a key role in shaping Walmart Connect’s newly created Marketing Intelligence function. This role will focus on measurement, reporting, and data-informed decision-making to connect marketing actions to business outcomes. You will be responsible for building a comprehensive measurement framework, including revenue attribution modeling, campaign performance metrics, and dashboarding/reporting infrastructure. You will partner closely with Finance, Data Science, and BI teams to ensure marketing impact is clearly understood and tied to Walmart Connect’s revenue strategy. This position requires a highly analytical, collaborative leader who can tell compelling stories with data, influence stakeholders, and thrive in building new capabilities from the ground up. Responsibilities

Measurement Framework: Design and implement a robust framework to measure marketing impact, spanning revenue attribution, campaign performance, and ROI metrics. Attribution & Measurement: Support implementation and drive adoption of marketing attribution frameworks, ensuring insights guide planning and resource allocation. Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards that provide visibility into marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. Support Insights Generation: Partner with the Marketing Strategy team by analyzing marketing and business performance data, uncovering trends, and providing inputs that help shape actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Finance, Data Science/BI, and cross-functional marketing teams to align measurement approaches and ensure insights inform key decisions. Enablement: Provide tools, training, and support that empower marketing teams to access, understand, and apply data effectively, fostering adoption of a data-driven culture within Marketing. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Advanced degree a plus. Experience: 6–8+ years in marketing analytics, growth marketing, marketing science, or product analytics. Demonstrated success in building measurement frameworks and communicating insights to senior stakeholders. Expertise: Strong analytical skills, experience with attribution modeling, dashboarding/reporting tools, and marketing performance measurement. Background in retail, digital advertising, or tech environments preferred. Attributes: Ability to tell stories with data and influence stakeholders, proven success operating in matrixed and cross-functional environments, and comfort building new capabilities within large organizations. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: Statistical Programming Language, Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters: Business Administration. Project Management - PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. Location details: 221 River St, Hoboken, NJ 07030, United States of America.
