Life Care Centers of America is looking for a results-driven Digital Communications Specialist to join our in-house communications department. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and measure digital communication strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital communication campaigns (social media, blog posts, website content) aligned with brand and communication strategy.
Manage content calendars for digital channels, coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
Create, edit and publish content (copy, graphics, short videos) for external and internal digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance (ex. website metrics, social engagement, etc.), prepare reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
Maintain and update website content via CMS, ensure content is current, accurate and optimized for usability/SEO/AEO.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and voice across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in digital communications, digital marketing or content creation
Proficiency with CMS (ex. Webflow, WordPress, etc.), social media platforms (including Hootsuite), analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics)
Familiarity with paid media platforms (ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
Strong writing, editing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Creative with a solid understanding of basic graphic design aesthetics; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
