The
Learning Experience Designer Senior
analyzes, designs, builds, and implements business‑aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.
How You Will Make An Impact
Co‑manages internal review processes.
Participates in the peer mentorship program.
Co‑manages the LMS system for the EE LED team.
Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
Uses all approved processes, tools and templates as a standard for development and reporting.
Actively maintains all content.
Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub‑teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.
Minimum Requirements Requires BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Instructional Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of web design/development experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences
Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content.
Knowledge of instructional design concepts for designing effective learning solutions.
Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline.
Prior experience supporting learning and development within contact center environments.
Project management experience preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the locations below, the salary range for this position is $82,320 to $141,120.
Locations: Illinois, New York, Washington State
