Learning Experience Designer II
is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.
How You Will Make An Impact
Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
Collaborates with other content developers, operations management, technology consultants, specialists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.
Actively maintains all content.
Participates in quality review process.
Adheres to all guidelines and style guides for creating learning content.
Participates in the peer mentorship program.
Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.
Minimum Requirements Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content.
Knowledge of instructional design concepts for design of effective learning solutions.
Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline required.
Prior experience designing simulations or other contact center content.
Expertise in editing and proofreading documents.
Alignment with industry standards on design and development timeframes.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $67,368 to $115,488.
Locations: Illinois, New York, Washington State
