Job Overview: We're looking for a data-savvy, brand-forward CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. This role will be instrumental in elevating our customer engagement strategy through analytics, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will be managing our adhoc content library, executing promotional campaigns, and delivering actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and help shape lifecycle journeys that reflect our brand's voice and values grounded in customer insights. A key part of this role will be analyzing performance metrics and identifying trends to inform strategy, managing our AI-powered content tool, and supporting experimentation through A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Reporting:

Own weekly and monthly CRM reporting across email and mobile messaging. Work with CRM Manager on insights to make recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Partner with the CRM Manager to analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Analytics team to design and interpret A/B tests.

Identify behavioral trends and performance patterns to recommend segmentation and content strategies.

Content Management:

Oversee execution of adhoc promotional campaigns across email and mobile.

Develop clear creative briefs that are highly compelling and relevant with a consumer-first mentality.

Manage and optimize usage of our AI content platform (Movable Ink Da Vinci).

Ensure content outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Maintain and optimize the adhoc content library for accuracy and accessibility.

Manage campaign timelines, content briefings, QA, and approvals.

Work with vendors to ensure flawless campaign setup, testing, and deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure coordinated consumer experiences.

Coordinate with loyalty and product teams to ensure campaigns are reflective of new updates, features, or benefits that impact user experience.

Qualifications:

Education: BS/BA in a relevant field

Knowledge and experience with HTML and content management tools preferred

2-3 years previous experience (preferably in a marketing role)

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing

Curious and enthusiastic, with high attention to detail and strong follow-through

Must be a self-starter, proactive, and flexible

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence all levels of management

Experience using third-party email applications or a desire to learn CRM tools

Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Experience using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) or a desire to learn these tools
