Base pay range

$108,000.00/yr - $216,000.00/yr

Location: Hoboken, NJ or other eligible locations per role postings. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00 and additional compensation may include performance bonuses.

What you'll do

• Consult with cross-functional partners to create custom advertising solutions that address both short-term and long-term customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments; leverage team strengths to achieve goals; articulate ideas and priorities across functions; incorporate feedback into sales strategies.
• Manage financial results for an assigned area, understanding revenue, budgeting, and cost efficiency; implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and meet targets.
• Leverage data and metrics to analyze problems, evaluate solutions, and apply sales knowledge to drive results.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues; address conflicts professionally and seek win-win solutions.
• Drive execution of business plans and projects, removing obstacles, allocating resources, measuring progress, and adapting as needed.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations; foster a culture of belonging.
• Promote and support company policies, ethics, and integrity; uphold Open Door Policy.
• Evaluate ongoing plans and programs; solicit and apply feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness; participate in community outreach events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications – Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
  • Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
  • Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
  • 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
  • 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
  • 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

• Preferred Qualifications – Optional qualifications that may enhance candidacy.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
