Artist & Label Finance Manager — Music Industry

Miami, FL | Part-Time | Hybrid

We’re looking for an Artist & Label Finance Manager with experience in the music and entertainment industry to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music accounting, including royalty reporting, label finances, and artist statements.

This role is perfect for someone who combines financial expertise with a passion for music, and who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage royalty accounting and reporting for artists, producers, and labels.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with industry and GAAP standards.
• Oversee tax preparation and compliance for music-related entities and clients.
• Handle label accounting— tracking revenue, advances, licensing, and recoupment.
• Provide financial insights for releases, publishing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, contracts, and royalty structures.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in music or entertainment accounting.
• Strong knowledge of royalty, label, and publishing accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and royalty management tools (e.g., Curve, RoyaltyShare).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
