Save Job

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist – Experiential who lives at the intersection of imagination and execution – a concept‑driven thinker who can dream up boundary‑pushing ideas and bring them to life through storytelling, design, and detail.

At our agency, we don’t just produce experiences – we shape how brands are felt. Whether it’s a global activation, a purpose‑driven pop‑up, or a clever low‑lift concept for one of our consulting partners, we’re seeking someone who can flex between big vision and small budgets – and make both unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop experiential concepts grounded in insight and strategy. Translate brand platforms, campaign goals, and audience data into ideas that are both imaginative and intentional.
  • Lead cross‑disciplinary brainstorms with strategy, design, and production partners – framing creative challenges, generating multiple routes, and refining them into clear, executable concepts.
  • Build compelling creative decks and visual presentations that communicate stories with clarity and beauty – including narratives, annotated renderings, visual references, and supporting rationale.
  • Craft the narrative arc of an experience – from guest arrival to social share – ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the brand story and emotional takeaway.
  • Collaborate with 3D/environmental designers to visualize experiences through renderings, floorplans, and material studies that bring the concept to life in space.
  • Write naming, taglines, and copy that define the creative territory and tone of voice for each activation, seamlessly connecting to broader brand campaigns.
  • Curate design inspiration and sensory details – materials, color palettes, lighting, sound, and interactivity – to shape environments that feel cohesive and intentional.
  • Partner closely with production teams to ensure creative integrity through fabrication, logistics, and build – finding smart ways to balance ambition, budget, and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with strategy and insights teams to align ideas with audience behaviors, cultural trends, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support pitch and new business efforts by crafting presentation narratives, creative hooks, and moodboards that inspire both clients and internal teams.
  • Stay hands‑on during execution – reviewing design proofs, environmental graphics, content, and signage to ensure consistency and craft through final delivery.
  • Present ideas and concepts confidently to clients, guiding conversations that balance creative ambition with strategic and operational realities.
  • Stay ahead of trends across culture, design, and technology, translating inspiration from music, fashion, art, and sport into actionable creative thought‑starters for future projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, creative strategy, or branded environments – ideally within an agency or design‑led studio setting.
  • A conceptual storyteller with a strong visual and narrative sense – able to take a strategic brief and translate it into an experience that feels emotionally rich and visually magnetic.
  • Expertise in crafting high‑impact decks and creative presentations – PowerPoint decks that combine smart storytelling, layout design, and persuasive structure.
  • Fluency in spatial thinking – understanding how people move through environments, how design cues shape behavior, and how small details contribute to big moments.
  • Comfort collaborating with 3D, fabrication, and design teams – speaking the same language when reviewing renderings, material specs, and environmental graphics.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills – from naming and taglines to narrative storytelling and creative rationale.
  • Proven experience pitching and presenting to clients and senior stakeholders – clearly articulating creative intent and defending ideas with confidence and logic.
  • Strong cultural curiosity – tuned into design, architecture, entertainment, fashion, tech, and the social moments shaping today’s audiences.
  • Comfort working across scales and budgets – from resourceful pop‑ups and touring experiences to large‑scale brand pavilions and hospitality builds.
  • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to lead internal brainstorms, mentor junior creatives, and partner seamlessly with account, strategy, and production teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow‑through – ensuring that what’s presented in the deck is faithfully realized in the real world.
  • A proactive, idea‑first mindset – someone who brings energy, solutions, and fresh thinking to every brief, meeting, and moment.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A collaborative, idea‑first culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and craft.
  • A role that touches both strategic consulting projects and large‑scale experiential campaigns.
  • Work alongside a passionate team of strategists, producers, designers, and makers redefining what experiential creativity means today.
  • Room to grow within an expanding agency shaping what’s next for brand experiences.
