Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Location: Kennesaw Office

Reports to: CEO

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator with strong skills in graphic design and video production to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience developing and managing a company’s online brand presence and creating engaging digital content for a variety of platforms.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively while supporting broader marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand. Executive assistant experience is not required but would be a strong plus. This skill set would allow the right candidate to also provide organizational and administrative support to company leadership as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
    • Design engaging graphics, reels, stories, and short‑form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Capture, edit, and produce video content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
    • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and community engagement.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social channels.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Oversee reporting for both organic and paid social campaigns.
    • Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversions.
    • Manage and optimize Meta ads, leveraging data to adjust targeting, creative, and budget for stronger ROI.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Assist with influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotions.
    • If applicable, provide executive‑level administrative support, such as scheduling, project coordination, and assisting leadership with communication and organization.
    • Comfortable working in a face paced team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and mobile editing apps. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
