Position Summary: As Senior Manager of Walmart Creator Growth, you’ll lead the strategy, management, and execution of our creator acquisition and retention programs—driving rapid scale of our creator base and deepening their engagement and productivity within the Walmart Creator platform. You’ll shape programs, partnerships, and initiatives that grow our ecosystem of creators, transforming Walmart Creator into the platform of choice for social influencers and affiliate entrepreneurs. You are both a strategist and an operator—able to translate data-driven insights into actionable plans that achieve measurable results. You’ll partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and business teams to accelerate creator growth, optimize retention, and deliver best-in-class experiences that fuel long-term platform success.

Base pay range: $108,000.00/yr - $216,000.00/yr

What you’ll do

  • Lead acquisition strategy & execution: Design and operationalize acquisition programs and partnerships that accelerate creator sign-ups, onboarding, and activation across multiple channels. Leverage insights to identify high-value segments and manage execution of those scalable growth levers.
  • Build retention & engagement frameworks: Develop initiatives, incentives, and business programs that increase creator stickiness, satisfaction, and monetization. Partner with product and marketing to deliver features and communications that sustain ongoing platform usage.
  • Scale creator community programs: Build and manage communications and activations that strengthen creator relationships and visibility, driving network effects within the Walmart Creator ecosystem.
  • Optimize through data & insights: Use analytics to evaluate funnel performance, forecast growth, and inform decision-making. Continuously test and refine acquisition and retention strategies based on key performance metrics.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and External Partners) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with Walmart Creator’s overall growth objectives.
  • Team development: Dotted line guidance and mentorship to a team of growth managers that will help drive strong execution and goal achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition and retention KPIs, driving measurable growth in the creator base and sustained engagement rates.
  • Develop the operational roadmap and frameworks that enable scale—including referral programs, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Identify and activate new business partnerships that expand our reach and bring differentiated value to creators.
  • Manage growth budgets’ performance to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead regular business reviews and communicate results and recommendations to leadership with clarity and strength.

About you

  • 7–10 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, partnerships, or product strategy—ideally within creator, affiliate, or digital/social ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition and retention programs with measurable impact.
  • Data-driven operator comfortable with affiliate metrics and performance-based marketing.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Passionate about creators, social commerce, and driving innovation at the intersection of retail and influence.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
