Overview First Care Medical is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with our brand and messaging Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards Ensure all videos are of high quality and meet industry standards Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video production Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality Manage video projects from start to finish, including organizing footage, creating timelines, and meeting deadlines Work with a variety of video formats and adapt to different styles and tones as needed Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process Assist with video shoots as needed, including setting up equipment and operating cameras Qualifications Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is required Benefits We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
