POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for facilitating the design process for Cardone Ventures by ensuring that designs are in keeping with the brand's DNA. This includes managing the creative process from start to finish: defining concepts, designing, sketching, and some development.

The Graphic Designer must possess an extensive skill set and qualifications that work together to manage the design process efficiently. This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating excellent designs that are compelling to potential customers while also serving the design needs of our internal team to support existing clients.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 30 Days - Learn & Align

Completed a thorough review of Cardone Ventures' brand guidelines, design DNA, and existing creative asset library, demonstrating an immediate grasp of brand voice and visual identity in first deliverables
Gained working familiarity with internal tools, workflows, and platforms including ClickFunnels and drag-and-drop web programs and established a clear understanding of how design performance is measured across channels

First 60 Days - Contribute & Build

Consistently producing on-brand graphics across paid media, landing pages, social, and email with minimal revisions, while independently expanding simple briefs into fully realized, multi-format design packages
Developed and launched initial A/B test creative variants for at least one active campaign, with designs optimized for engagement and conversion rather than aesthetics alone

First 90 Days - Drive & Optimize

Owning the full creative process end-to-end from brief intake through final production and vendor-ready file submission with little to no oversight needed
Measurable improvement in at least one key performance metric (CTR, conversion rate, or engagement) attributable to design iterations, with new format or animation innovations proactively introduced to strengthen brand presence

OBJECTIVES
  • Study design briefs and company brand to determine requirements
  • Incorporate brand values into content, and direct high-quality creative and brand design
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other content using design software
  • Leverage knowledge of the latest trends in new media, video, television, design, advertising, and marketing in order to inform creative campaigns
  • Develop assets for social media engagement
  • Develop assets for websites that will lead to a higher conversion
  • Create supporting graphics across various media for A/B testing (social, web, etc.)
  • Execute through all design phases, mainly front-end development
  • Utilize GIF/sticker content types and creation techniques - animation, stop motion, video, etc. (if necessary)
  • Create highly engaging/persuasive graphic designs for all platforms (social media, website, email...etc)
COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Sketch
  • Proficient in major web based "Drag & Drop" web development programs
  • Ability to expand and build upon a simple creative brief
  • Ability to read creative briefs and convert to functional design
  • Background in Keynote, Google Suite, Powerpoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and Animate)
  • Understanding of management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Demonstrates a focus on creating assets that convert, rather than solely focusing on aesthetics (Functional Design)
  • Understanding of conversion statistics and KPIs in order to enhance designs to meet goals
  • Understanding of print production and how to submit files to vendors to ensure quality production
  • Proficiency in designing for multiple platforms, including paid media, offline assets, websites, email campaigns, etc.. The designs should be visually appealing, persuasive, and adaptable to different formats.
  • Basic knowledge of ClickFunnels software
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience (branded content/new media/creative production)
  • Digital or Graphic Design degree preferred
