Location: Hybrid / Remote – UK

Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Fix everything that was set up wrong before you got here
- Rebuild the brand while still hitting this quarter’s pipeline target
- Translate chaos into strategy overnight
- Get buy-in from leadership that still doesn’t understand marketing
- Do everything your founder tells you, even when the data says otherwise
- Change your campaign because the CEO’s granddaughter’s goldfish “used to work in marketing”
- Stretch a £10k budget across ten channels
- Seek approval from the committee for everything
- Be a one man band, because ChatGPT can do everything now, so no you don't need resources
- Go viral (obviously)

Obviously, if you haven't guessed already, this advert is a joke... but it’s also not.
Because this is what so many senior marketers are living day in and day out.
