Marketing Specialist at BTO SPORTS: Increasing Brand awareness through content strategy and public relations What You Will Do
Build and launch email campaigns in Klaviyo Execute SMS campaigns and support list segmentation Design and build simple landing pages and promotional pages Create graphics and content for email, SMS, and social Follow content calendar for paid and organic social posts Maintain brand consistency and organized design files QA creative across desktop and mobile Pull basic performance metrics and share learnings Required Skills
Strong eye for design and clean, modern creative style Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools Familiarity with email builders (Klaviyo or similar ESP) Understanding of mobile-first layouts Ability to follow SOPs, templates, and deadlines Strong attention to detail and communication Preferred Skills
Experience using AI (ChatGPT) to accelerate creative work Short-form video editing for TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts Figma familiarity (not required but helpful) Who Thrives in This Role
Creative, organized, and able to take feedback Comfortable working fast and iterating Eager to grow into lifecycle marketing and UX skills Enjoys building, testing, and improving every week Career Growth
