Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Specialist - DTC / SaaS / CRM Marketing at Wavy Studios. You’ll be responsible for working with our portfolio of Clients - helping create high-converting copy, analyzing campaign performance, working with designers, and optimizing email+sms for LTV and engagement through lifecycle marketing.
Qualifications
Write and develop high-performing email copy
for flows, campaigns, newsletters, and product launches.
Own full lifecycle email strategies
– including welcome flows, abandonments, re‑engagement, win‑backs, and upsells.
Create segmentation strategies
across audiences and customer journeys to improve personalization and retention.
Work with Designers and build emails
Run A/B tests
to improve open rates, click‑throughs, and conversion.
Monitor key KPIs
(open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per recipient, LTV, churn) and build reporting dashboards.
Collaborate with
designers and brand strategists
to produce compelling, on‑brand creative.
Work closely with client partners to
gather feedback, set goals, and align campaigns to business objectives .
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience , preferably across DTC, SaaS, or mobile app verticals.
Proven success working in
Klaviyo or similar platforms .
Strong copywriting and creative ideation skills – you know how to
sell through words and subject lines .
Deep understanding of
customer lifecycle, segmentation, and retention metrics .
Ability to
analyze data and turn insights into action . You’re comfortable in dashboards and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of
compliance frameworks
(e.g., CAN‑SPAM, GDPR).
Experience integrating email with
SMS, push, and in‑app messaging
is a bonus.
Familiarity with
Zapier, Figma, and project management tools
like Asana or Notion is a plus.
A proactive, results‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
