$108,000.00/yr - $216,000.00/yr Location: Hoboken, NJ or other eligible locations per role postings. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00 and additional compensation may include performance bonuses.
What you'll do
Consult with cross-functional partners to create custom advertising solutions that address both short-term and long-term customer needs.
Communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments; leverage team strengths to achieve goals; articulate ideas and priorities across functions; incorporate feedback into sales strategies.
Manage financial results for an assigned area, understanding revenue, budgeting, and cost efficiency; implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and meet targets.
Leverage data and metrics to analyze problems, evaluate solutions, and apply sales knowledge to drive results.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues; address conflicts professionally and seek win-win solutions.
Drive execution of business plans and projects, removing obstacles, allocating resources, measuring progress, and adapting as needed.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations; foster a culture of belonging.
Promote and support company policies, ethics, and integrity; uphold Open Door Policy.
Evaluate ongoing plans and programs; solicit and apply feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness; participate in community outreach events.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
Preferred Qualifications
– Optional qualifications that may enhance candidacy.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
