Overview
Atlanta HQ Company seeks a contract Digital Media Manager to lead digital growth, paid media, and CRM initiatives. This contractor will optimize digital performance and deliver business results, supporting both direct brand engagement and our dealer ecosystem. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and skilled at developing strategies that balance direct-to-consumer engagement with dealer support. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, independently manage projects, or propose creative solutions when opportunities arise. Responsibilities
Digital Media & eCommerce Strategy: Develop and execute performance-driven digital strategies to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Launch digital campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and goals. Partner with eCommerce and marketing teams to optimize website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition. Collaborate with sales and distributor teams to ensure digital efforts support the dealer network. Lead implementation of SEO, SEM, and other marketing strategies to maximize online reach and ROI. Paid Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across channels (social, search, display, video) in partnership with media agency partners. Evaluate paid media campaigns to identify new opportunities (channels, audiences, landing page experiences). Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content tailored to target audiences. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs. Email Marketing & Execution: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing. Design and build email templates that reflect brand standards and drive engagement. Manage email lists, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and maintain high deliverability rates. Analyze email campaign performance, report on key metrics, and refine strategy based on insights. Collaborate with CRM and creative teams to deliver personalized, automated email journeys that support retention and loyalty initiatives. Retention / Loyalty Strategy: Develop and manage a tiered loyalty and referral program, rewarding customers for purchases, grill ownership, and successful referrals. Lead targeted email campaigns to drive program enrollment, tier advancement, and referral participation, using personalized and automated flows. Segment and analyze customer data to optimize program communications, track engagement, and refine incentives. Collaboration & Analytics: Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Use analytics tools to monitor digital performance and report on campaign effectiveness. Stay current on digital trends and technologies, applying innovations. Contractor Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital media, CRM, or growth marketing roles, preferably with consumer brands or in eCommerce. Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), email & SMS marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Marketing Cloud, etc.), and CRM platforms (HubSpot). Proficient in analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, SEM Rush, etc.) and reporting tools (Power BI). Experience managing digital campaigns from strategy to execution, with proven results in driving growth. Experience working alongside Agency and Creative partners. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Contract Details
This is a contractor position; compensation will be project-based or hourly, as agreed. Contractor will report to the Brand Manager and collaborate with internal and external teams. You’ll work closely with existing team leads to ensure seamless continuity and help deliver on some of the brand’s most important campaigns. 4-6 month contract, possibility of extension Estimated at 30 hours a week The contractor may be considered for full-time employment based on business needs, performance, and mutual interest.
