B2B demand generation or growth marketing

experience (SaaS or healthcare tech strongly preferred). Proven success driving

qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes . Experience with

HubSpot

(or similar marketing automation + CRM). Hands-on with

LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, intent data, ABM tools, and lead scoring models . Strong analytical and project management skills, and you thrive on metrics and outcomes. Collaborative communicator who aligns tightly with Sales and Marketing Ops. About the Job: Unlimited Systems is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to oversee programs that drive

qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue growth

across our specialty healthcare markets. This is not a brand-awareness role; it’s a

hands-on demand engine

position. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that attract the right prospects, convert interest into opportunities, and tightly align with Sales to accelerate growth. If you’re a

data-driven B2B marketer

who loves measuring impact, optimizing funnels, and connecting marketing to bookings, this role is for you. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google, webinars, content syndication). Design

ABM programs

targeting high-value accounts in Oncology, Rheumatology, Infusion, and Urology. Partner with Sales to define

lead handoff, scoring, and follow-up processes

that maximize conversion. Own key metrics:

MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC efficiency . Optimize

HubSpot workflows, lead nurture paths, and reporting dashboards . Develop campaign assets and enablement materials with the help of the marketing team (ads, one-pagers, sequences, landing pages). Test and scale new acquisition channels and tactics to improve ROI.
